Punchlist Management

Axia Construction provides Punchlist Management services to developers on multi-family, condominiums, office and mixed-use projects. With Axia’s experience and eye for detail our Punchlist Management is a valuable service to any developer’s project.

As a project nears its completion, the contractor, architect and owner or owner’s representative are all too busy to focus on preparing a thorough punchlist and work to complete list. It is also valuable to bring in an unbiased third party to prepare the punchlist. Axia will walk each space and prepare a detailed punchlist that can be sorted by building, floor, area, or responsibility. You let us know what your intended use and distribution needs are and we will customize the punchlist to meet those needs.

After distribution of the original list and sign-off by the responsible parties, Axia can come back and confirm the work has been completed with a follow up punchlist.

St Joseph’s ApartmentsLocated in Golden, CO, the project consists of seven (7) two story buildings with eight (8) residential units in each building for a total of fifty six (56) residential units.

Landmark LoftsLocated in Boulder, CO, the project consists of 103 for-sale condominiums.

Grace Pointe Senior LivingLocated in Greeley, CO, the project consist of a 72,000 sf senior care facility, including 110 residential units, kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, offices, physical therapy, spas, and salons.

Casa De RosalLocated in Denver, CO, the project consists of a four-story building with 55 residential units. Common area rooms include the lobbies, corridors, community rooms, kitchen, computer room, offices, restrooms, and laundry rooms.

Casa DoradoLocated in Lakewood, CO, the project consists of a 72 unit multi-family complex with lobby, community room and restrooms.
